The investigating judge of the High Court in BIjelo Polje, Vanja Rakonjac, ordered the extradition custody of Danijelo Perić (28) from Novi Knjaževac yesterday.
He was arrested on the warrant of Interpol Budapest.
Perić was handcuffed last night at the Dobrakovo border crossing near Bijelo Polje, when he tried to leave Montenegro for Serbia.
According to the Interpol warrant, Perić is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of human smuggling.
After the hearing, he was remanded in custody for up to 40 days.
