The process is as follows:
As soon as you wake up, before you brush your teeth and wash yourself, drink 600 ml of water. After that, brush your teeth, get ready, but don't eat or drink anything. After 45 minutes, have breakfast, and after breakfast do not drink or eat anything for the next two hours.
Water helps to remove toxins from our body, and the first signs of cleanliness will be seen on the face and body, i.e. the skin - it becomes fresher and cleaner.
Drinking water as soon as you wake up will reduce the time it takes for the body to create new cells and muscle tissue.
