The problem of illegal construction is for the state level

"Our basic common goal is the protection of space as the basic and most valuable resource of Montenegro and the basic attribute of Montenegrin statehood.

In the last few years, due to the problems that followed us, attention was diverted from this issue. The space must be covered by detailed DUPs", said Rade Gregović, Minister of Spatial Planning of Montenegro and added that "the problem of illegal construction must be raised to the state level, because no one can solve it individually".
