The Montenegrin painter Vučić Ćetković presented himself recently in the "PAKS" gallery in the city of Blindenmarkt in Austria, as part of the international exhibition entitled "Contemporary Artists Today". In addition to Ćetković, authors from the United States, Great Britain, Spain, Brazil, Mexico and Austria presented their works at the exhibition.
"Ćetković uses oil, acrylic, as well as drawing and collage techniques in his work. His artistic expression is influenced by both the intellectual and cultural environment in which he works. Emotions, relationships between colors, forms and structures in his paintings reflect a specific inner expression. His paintings communicate on a spiritual level, while his artistic expression encourages reflection on the position of man and nature in a rapidly changing world," wrote Heinz Plejner, curator of the "Contemporary Artists Today" exhibition, about Vučić's painting oeuvre.
Vučić Ćetković received an invitation from the organizers of the exhibition at the "PAKS" gallery to present himself at the June salon at the "Carrousel du Louvre" in Paris, and from the Austrian Museum of Modern Art MAMAG he also received an invitation to participate in the Austrian Biennale of Contemporary Art, which will be organized in August in the historic Hubertendorf Castle, which is located near Vienna.
