The dispute over the church in Kruševac will continue on March 3. That was the decision of Podgorica Basic Court judge Danilo Jegdić, after the Higher Court rejected as illegal the appeal of the MCA against the judge's decision to reopen the main hearing in that dispute.
Although at the end of November the judge was supposed to decide whether the church, which is located within the Castle of King Nikola, belongs to the state or the Serbian Orthodox Church, he decided to continue the proceedings, considering that the factual situation was not sufficiently clarified. In the continuation of the process, the judge will ask the Metropolis to prove that the disputed church was in its possession.
