Action for Human Rights, Safe Women's House and the Center for Women's Rights sent a complaint to the Judicial Council about the work of judges of the Basic and High Court in Podgorica, Goran Đuković, Miljana Pavlićević, Hasnija Simonović and Evica Durutović.
Đuković is criticized for the fact that in the proceedings against the accused Moldavian woman S.Č. acted non-objectively and did not provide her with equal treatment, which, they claim, was approved by the High Court, confirming such a verdict.
They also sent a complaint to the Bar Association, regarding the actions of lawyer Boško Laličić, due to, as they claim, completely passive behavior in the defense of the accused, which eventually manifested itself in the failure to file an appeal against the verdict by which the defendant was convicted.
The court proceedings were conducted based on the lawsuit of Zoran Piperović and Ekrem Jasavić, whom she named, among others, as organizers of forced prostitution.
