Šofranac did not come, the judge ordered the arrest

Yesterday, the trial of the seven accused of rampage at the Podgorica swimming pool two years ago was postponed again, this time due to the failure of Marko Šofranc.

His defense attorney, lawyer Miodrag Bojanić, said that Šofranac is ill, and judge Nada Rabrenović ordered his forced bringing to the next scheduled hearing.

The trial should start from the beginning, because more than three months have passed since the last hearing. Dražen and Aleksandar Boričić, Luka Milić, Radoslav and Vidoj Stanišić, Bojan Pejović and Šofranc are on trial for violent behavior and causing serious bodily harm.
