The President of the Podgorica Basic Court, Zoran Radović, refused to remove Judge Milica Vlahović from the proceedings following the lawsuit filed by the director of the Institute for Public Policy, Vladimir Beba Popović, who sued the director of MANS, Vanja Ćalović, for alleged violation of personal rights.
MANS attorney, lawyer Veselin Radulović, asked for Vlahović's exemption, opposing the postponement of the preliminary hearing, which she requested in order to familiarize herself with the new evidence.
Popović sued Ćalović after she accused him of uploading a video on the Internet, which was later used by the tabloid "Informer" to deal with her on several occasions.
Before that, Popović himself publicly announced that he "sent the e-mail with that content to everyone he knows."
The judge decided to listen to Ćalović and Popović, so that they could testify about the allegedly staged recording.
At the same time, yesterday, the court banned the distribution of three already published issues of "Informer" for the third time.
