DF Member of Parliament Branka Bošnjak did not harm the honor and reputation of the Laličić family when she stated that she suspected that the same person signed the signatures of members of one family at the polling station in the last presidential elections.

This is written in the decision of Podgorica Basic Court Judge Natalija Boričić.

The Laličić family sued Bosniak because of an article in "Dan", which states that they sold identity cards and that the buyers of their identity documents, who forged signatures, voted instead.

In the verdict, among other things, it is written that the court found that Bošnjak did not mention the names of the prosecutors in the disputed text, nor did she make any claims in relation to any of Laličić:

"The court finds that the defendant did not in any way violate the rights of any voter, not even the prosecutors. The defendant, intending to inform the public, commented on the previous elections, as well as doubts about the regularity of the elections themselves, without at any moment mentioning the names of the prosecutors, from which for this reason, she is not responsible for compensation for non-material damage to the plaintiffs, related to the publication of their names and surnames in daily newspapers...".

Sead, Fadila, Sajma and Fahrija Laličić demanded 20.000 euros from the Bosnians, but if the verdict becomes final, they will have to pay court costs of 2.500 euros.
