Budva police arrested RK (27) from Nikšić, from whom they seized 43,7 grams of cocaine and 1.6 kilograms of skank.

As "Vijesti" unofficially learns, the man from Nikšić was engaged in taxi driving and was under the surveillance of inspectors for a long time.

"Yesterday, August 18, 2014, police officers, acting on the basis of operational knowledge, on the obtained order of the investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica, searched the apartment used by RK in Budva," the police statement states.

During the search of the apartment, two larger and four smaller PVC bags with cocaine with a total gross weight of 43,7 grams were found and confiscated, four larger PVC bags with skunk-type marijuana content, with a total gross weight of 1.591,2 grams, a digital scale for precise measurement, two mobile phones and one SIM card.

A search of the vehicle used by RK was also carried out, with which four smaller PVC bags containing 7,7 grams of skunk were found and confiscated.

A preliminary analysis of the seized substances confirmed that they were dealing with cocaine and skunk.

"Police activities point to the suspicion that RK had the intention to put the seized narcotic drugs into circulation, and that he kept and repackaged cocaine and skunk in his apartment for a long period of time, which he then sold in the Budva area.

The seized cocaine and skunk, as well as other items, were sent to the Forensic Center for detailed analysis.

Today, the suspect RK was brought to the Deputy High State Prosecutor in Podgorica, along with a criminal complaint, due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs," the statement added.
