"The analysis of E. Š.'s life path clearly shows that the defendant exhibited similar behavior in the pre-delict period as well. There is a serious social danger from the defendant, if he does not undergo treatment," said Golubović.

E. Š. stated that he appreciates the work of the expert, but that he is not an insane person, but that he was only defending the honor and reputation of his family.

After the testimony of the expert, the prosecution representative changed the indictment - requesting the imposition of mandatory psychiatric treatment and custody in a health facility and requested that the accused, who is currently in custody, be temporarily placed in an appropriate health facility until the verdict becomes final.

During yesterday's search, footage from the cameras in Gintaš was also viewed, showing that E. Š. On February 5, but also three days later, he hits Cinderella in the head with a hammer.

Judge Goran Đuković will forward the case files to the criminal extrajudicial panel, which will decide on the merits of further detention for the accused.

The trial, as announced, continues on June 16.
