Duško Roganović from Herceg Novi was sentenced today to 12 years in prison for the murder of Marko Vesnić from Belgrade, who was the leader of the Deli fans, and the wounding of his godfather Ivan Marković.
Judge Ratko Ćupić said in the High Court in Podgorica that it was undoubtedly proven that Roganović killed Vesnić, while the court acquitted Vladimir Roganović and Dražen Čađenović of killing Vesnić together with Duška.
The two earlier verdicts were convictions for Duško and Vladimir Roganović as well as for Čađenović.
According to the indictment, on July 24, 2009, Roganović and Čađenović killed Vesnić and wounded Marković near the Youth Park in Igalo according to a prior agreement.
After they left the "Casa" discotheque, while Vesnić was sitting on a bench, they attacked him by Vladimir Roganović and Čađenović stabbing him in the left forearm and upper leg with a knife.
"Duško Roganović fired two shots at Vesnić, two of which hit him in the stomach, and a shot in the right lower leg and right knee, while two shots hit Mirković. The defendant Vlaović provided them with an apartment in the villa 'Monaco', bringing them food, water and mobile phone cards," the indictment reads, among other things.
