Vjekoslav Lambulić was acquitted today in the High Court in PG of charges that he participated as an accomplice in the smuggling of 25 kg of cocaine from Belgrade to Oslo, Norway.
Judge Sutzana Mugoša said today in the High Court in Podgorica that there was no evidence that Ranko Krstović and Mileta Zvicer, as well as Aleksandar Krekler, smuggled cocaine for Lambulić on behalf of him, even though the three of them were finally convicted by the judgment of the District Court in Hanover, Germany.
According to the indictment of Deputy Senior State Prosecutor Olivera Ražnatović, from November 15 to December 20, 2002, in the territory of Serbia and Montenegro, Germany and Norway, Lambulić put cocaine on the market, according to a previous agreement with several people.
