The Guberinić family from Bijelo Polje will protest in front of the Basic Court building today, as they demand that responsibility for the death of a six-year-old IG who died as a result of an accident on September 15, 2013 be proven in court.
The boy's family is asking the court to accept the prosecution's indictment against Nenad Zečević from Bjelopolje, who hit the six-year-old with a "trade wind" while crossing the street that day.
The boy's uncle Almir Guberinić said that the family is outraged because recently, after a five-month investigation, they received an answer from the basic state prosecutor's office that there are no elements of criminal responsibility.
