Dehydration is unfortunately much more common than people think, because there is a large percentage of people who are dehydrated without even knowing it.
Even 75% of people are dehydrated and don't know anything about it. About 60 percent of the body consists of water, 75 percent of water is in the muscles, and 85 percent in the brain. If you don't feel well, dehydration could be the cause. These are signs of dehydration:
Aqueous
You feel tired at home and at work, even after getting enough sleep. A little dehydration can cause lack of energy, fatigue and sleepiness. It is very important to drink enough fluids so that the body does not become dehydrated and lead to weakness and a drop in energy. Do not consume carbonated juices and store-bought fruit juices, replace them with water.
Chronic constipation
You feel bloated and have bad breath. Water is a natural body cleanser if you take in enough of it during the day. In order to restore balance in digestion, gradual hydration is required, i.e. drinking water every 60 minutes. Dehydration can cause intestinal problems and constipation.
Headache
A headache is a very common sign of dehydration. The pain usually occurs in the front of the head, and can turn into migraines. In order to prevent these headaches, the most important thing is to drink enough fluids, both in summer and in winter.
Here are some tips:
