Detainee Blažo Vuksanović said yesterday in the Basic Court that drug inspector Marko Drobnjak insulted and threatened his judoka friend Marko Radulović at the beginning of March in the Podgorica cafe "West Pub".
Radulović was initially accused of insulting and hitting Drobnjak, however, in the absence of evidence for physical assault, he was charged with the criminal offense of endangering security.
In front of judge Jelena Perović, Vuksanović said that he went for coffee with Radulović that day.
"We saw that Drobnjak was sitting at one table, who came up to us and started grumbling and shouting. After that he left, only to come back again when we were going outside," said Vuksanović.
He added that Drobnjak threatened Radulović in those moments. “He said: 'You will not come out, wait for the police. You will see what will happen to you in the MUP", said Vuksanović, who was brought to the trial by the prison police.
Judge Perović scheduled the next hearing for December 18 and issued an order for the forced bringing of other witnesses to that incident.

After yesterday's hearing, Radulović told "Vijesta" that the incident was set up for him.
"And Drobnjak's colleague Duško Ivanović, who was with him that day, denied that I threatened him and that I hit him," said Radulović.
In the indictment, it is written that, among other things, Radulović allegedly told Drobnjak in the "West Pub" cafe: "I'm going to eat your mother, bitch, you wanted to kill me... Come to my house and arrest me..." .
On November 15, 2011, Radulović and his friend Aleksandar Spičanović filed a criminal complaint against Drobnjak, for alleged attempted murder during an arrest operation for drug possession.
Miloš Mrdak and Srđan Babović, police officers, are included in the report.
Regarding the arrest action of November 9, 2009, for which Radulović and Spičanović filed a report against the three inspectors, the official position of the police is significantly different - shots were fired in an ambush, and then drugs were found in Spičanović's car.
In November 2012, Spičanović was sentenced to one and a half years in prison for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, and Radulović was sentenced to seven months in prison for the criminal offense of assisting the perpetrator after the commission of the criminal offense.
