In the Basic Court, a video was shown showing the moments before the attack on the director and actor of the first LGBT video in Montenegro and the RTCG journalist.
The video shows that, just before the fight, the injured were walking in the same direction, a few meters behind the attacker.
Members of the "Varvari" fan group, Nikola Ražnatović and Draško Mirković, were accused of physically attacking director Danilo Marunović, actor Todor Vujošević and journalist Mirko Bošković on the night between September 9 and 10, 2012.
Bošković's nose was then broken.
In a short video from a nearby building, it can be seen that around 00.27:XNUMX after midnight, Mirković, Ražnatović, the girlfriend of one of the two and a third unknown young man are walking along the sidewalk in the direction of the fountain in the center of the city.
Marunović, Vujošević and Bošković are seen walking immediately behind them in the same direction on the video, after which they all disappear from the frame. What happened next could not be seen.
Judge Jelena Perović asked those present if they could state who the third person on the video was, who was walking with the defendants. Bošković answered the judge's question.
"I think it's Milan Marinović, I found that out later, but I'm not completely sure that it's him," said Bošković.
Ražnatović and Mirković did not want to reveal the identity of the third young man who participated in the fight on the crucial night.
At earlier hearings, Judge Perović heard a dozen witnesses, as well as the accused and injured parties.
The defendants claimed that Vujošević shouldered Ražnatović before the fight, and then returned to hit him, after the latter asked him "can it be easier, monkey". Vujošević said that they passed by the accused, but that he did not hook Ražnatović with his shoulder.
"They were throwing at me 'fag, don't let us beat you up,'" Vujošević said.
