Trial for the murder of Marko Vesnić: Experts will be heard again

The panel of judge Ratko Ćupić accepted the defense lawyer's proposal that in the continuation of the trial of the accused for the murder of Belgrade resident Marko Vesnić, medical and ballistics experts prof. Dr. Miodrag Šoć and Milovan Mihailović, to testify about the injuries sustained by the deceased.

Ćupić announced, the experts will be heard on May 20 in the Podgorica High Court, in the continuation of the trial of Vladimir M. Roganović, Duško N. Roganović and Dražen Čađenović, accused of murdering Vesnić and wounding Ivan Marković.

Their defender, lawyer Rajko Božović, reminded that in the decision of the Appellate Court, which annulled the earlier conviction, it is written that the dilemma should be resolved as to whether Vesnić was hit by the ricochet of the bullet, which bounced off the hard surface.

According to the indictment, Roganović and Čađenović, as co-perpetrators, committed a criminal offense - aggravated murder.

Goran Vlaović was accused of - helping the perpetrator after the crime had been committed.

The indictment states that on July 24, 2009, Roganović and Čađenović killed Vesnić and wounded Marković near the Youth Park in Igalo, according to a prior agreement.

After they left the "Casa" discotheque, while Vesnić was sitting on a bench, they attacked him with Vladimir Roganović and Čađenović stabbing him in the left forearm and upper leg.

Duško Roganović fired two shots each at Vesnić and Marković.

"After that, Vlaović provided them with an apartment in the villa "Monaco", bringing them food, water and mobile phone cards," the indictment reads, among other things.
