The triumph of Denis Korabljev and Ivana Marković

Russian Denis Korabljev and Ivana Marković from Nikšić are the winners of the 13th international 50 kilometer ultramarathon, which was held today in Podgorica.

Korablev won in a time of three hours, 39 minutes and 16 seconds.

Second place was won by Željko Milović (3:47,25) from the Podgorica Marathon, and Albanian Prenk Sokaj (4:18,19) took third place.

Milović was also declared the most durable man in Montenegro for 2013, and he also won the title of champion of Montenegro in the half marathon.

His clubmate Nreka Ljuljđuraj was second, while Milan Malidžan from Cetinje's Lovcen won third place.

Marković triumphed in the women's competition with a time of five hours, 35 minutes and four seconds.

40 competitors from Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia and Montenegro took part in the ultramarathon race.

The participants of the Podgorica ultramarathon ran next to Ljubović hill, 50 laps, on a track XNUMX meters long.

The ultramarathon was held as part of the Podgorica Running Day event.

Dragoljub Koprivica from Mornar from Bar won the seniors' ten thousand meter race with a score of 32 minutes and 30,2 seconds and set a Montenegrin record on the road.

Podgorica Marathon member Stojan Vujadinović was second (34:08,5), and third was Emir Zagora from Mornar (34:16,2).

Slađana Perunović from AK Nikšić won the senior women's five thousand meter competition with a Montenegrin record with a score of 16 minutes and 30,8 seconds.

This is 26 seconds better than last year's result.

Second place was won by her club friend Lidija Todorović (19:32,2), while Rada Miladinović from Podgorica Marathon (20:32,2) was third.

Bojana Žižić (Pavle Rovinski Elementary School) and Eliana Mrkić (ATK Podgorica Marathon) won the 400 meter pioneer race, while Igor Vukić (Vuk Karadžić) and Jovan Miladinović (Podgorica Marathon) won the pioneer race.

Teodora Avramović (Oktoih) and Ivana Puletić (AK Nikšić) won the 600 meters, while Đorđe Popović (Sutjeska) and Aleksandar Miletić (AK Nikšić) won the 800 meters.

Ksenija Radulović (SSŠ Ivan Uskoković) and Katarina Kostić (AK Mladost) triumphed in the junior women's 800 meters competition, while Filip Radonjić (Economics School Mirko Vešović) and Šćepan Ćetković (AK Nikšić) won the XNUMX meters.

In the team competition, the best was Podgorica's Sutjeska Elementary School, and in the competition of high school students, the Ivan Uskoković School of Mechanical Engineering was the best.

Goran Petrić won the 36 meter race for members of Voska Montenegro with a score of 30,2 minutes and XNUMX seconds.

As part of the event, the Vojo Vračar shot put memorial was held at the throwing field in Tološka Šuma, where about 30 competitors in six categories took part.

Kristina Rakočević, a member of Tara from Mojkovac, set a new Montenegrin record for female pioneers by throwing a three-kilogram shot 15,76 meters, but the result is not official because the throwing field in Tološka šuma does not have an ASCG certificate.

Vanja Stanišić (Petar Petrović Njegoš Primary School) won in the elementary school competition, with a result of 13,65 meters, and Milica Vukadinović (Vuksan Đukić Mojkovac) won in the secondary school girls' competition with a result of 11,34 meters.

The best junior is Borko Poznanović, a member of Mornar from Bar (12,59), in the senior competition, his clubmate Mirnes Škrijelj (10,71) won, while the best veteran is Dragiša Đuković (11,75).

The Running Day event gathered more than 500 participants.
