The late last part of "The Hobbit"

The last part of the "Hobbit" trilogy will appear in theaters almost half a year later than originally planned, Warner studio announced.

The Hobbit trilogy covers the events that preceded the story in Tolkien's epic fantasy The Lord of the Rings.

In a press release, Warner announced that the final, third installment of The Hobbit will be released in theaters on December 17, 2014, more than five months later than originally planned.

The third part of the trilogy, the film "The Hobbit: There and back again" was supposed to be in cinemas by July 2014, and after the film The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, which comes to cinemas in December this year.

The first part of the Hobbit trilogy, the film "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" began to be shown in December 2012 and the audience can still see it in domestic cinemas.

"We are excited to finish the trilogy as successfully as we started it, as a holiday and a treat for all fans of the film," said Dan Felman, president of distribution at Warner, but did not reveal the reason for the delay in the premiere of the final part of the trilogy.
