He said that actions were taken on his "Samsung" phone and that conversations and messages were received, and that is why the evidence was compromised. He was not satisfied with Lakić's explanation that it was possible that the button was stuck and that it was impossible for someone to call from his phone if that was the case.
12:45 At the end, the lawyer Miroje Jovanović concluded that this evidence contained nothing that Saša Sinđelić said. "Neither Montenegro, nor planning an attack, nor his Russian friend - nothing," said Jovanović. He also added that Sinđelić's privacy is more protected than other participants in the proceedings.

"Who gives us a statement. The expert is a professional police officer. In addition to the examination group, the expert report is signed by the head of that center in Danilovgrad. It's a police report. Why is it important? The expert said that they used two technologies and then gave an incomplete answer. We have a much bigger problem that the expert didn't tell us about. Namely, a big scandal happened in 2017. Hackers broke into the databases of the company that owns the UFED device and software and stole the data. UFED was supposed to be the most perfect and protected program. Because of this, many police forces around the world have stopped using that program. Why they don't believe him - because the data you get is not complete. We have a problem because potentially the data of all the defendants here has been stolen and we don't know about it. Why did I say that this is a police expert's report - the expert answered certain questions with "this is not a question for the expert, but for the manufacturer". He is an expert who needs to explain certain things to us, and we didn't get that from him. I can't and don't know how to do certain things when it comes to the expert use of these devices. We need professional help for that. Since according to the CPC we are not allowed to bring our experts, and we did not get answers from this expert - it simply means that we are denied our right,'' said Jovanović.

Previously, Nada Lalić was a court interpreter for the Russian language in the courtroom, who translated SMS messages in Russian between "Serbian Wolf" and "Taxi for Hotel 2". The prosecutor claims that the phone marked "Serbian wolf" belongs to Saša Sinđelić, and the "taxi to hotel 2" belongs to Eduard Šišmakov.
