A man from Podgorica was arrested for forging a document

Danilovgrad police arrested OP (40) from Podgorica, whom they suspect of forging documents.

"On June 20.06.2018, 40, the officials of the OB Danilovgrad were informed by the Directorate for Civil Status and Personal Documents - Danilovgrad Branch that the day before OP (XNUMX) from Podgorica submitted a request for the issuance of a driver's license, on which occasion he attached to that request and proof of medical fitness - a medical certificate, the authenticity of which was doubted by the officers of the Branch. Taking measures and actions within their jurisdiction, the officers of the OB Danilovgrad came to know that it was a fake document - a document and that the OP presented this fake document as a real one. "Police officers deprived OP of his freedom. The state prosecutor in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed about the incident, who has this person because of the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of document forgery," reads the statement of the Police Administration.
