"The recording will not be viewed due to respect for the right to privacy because the fact that the defense attorney wants to establish, whether Sinđelić slept in the car, has nothing to do with the activities of the accomplice witness in connection with the case where he testified," explained Mugoša.
9:25 a.m. Lawyer Miroje Jovanović asked to see a recording on Saša Sinđelić's laptop. In the middle, the video is mainly composed of screenshots and frames, said Jovanović.
Judge Suzana Mugoša pointed out that the Council will first look at the video and then decide whether it will be shown in court.
