Blažo Igumanović, Rudar football player, Montenegrin national team member and this year's official number 1 player in the domestic championship, is the best athlete of Pljevlja in 2012.
Volleyball player Rudara Danijela Džaković, a standard junior and potential senior representative of Montenegro, was chosen as the best athlete, the eight-member jury made up of sports workers and journalists in the northernmost Montenegrin city unanimously decided.
FK Rudar was chosen as the best team, also unanimously, the most promising athlete is a young skier, member of SK "Ljubišnja", Eldar Salihović, while the same recognition in the women's competition went to volleyball player Sara Bajčeta.
The jury estimated that the most notable coaching result of the year was achieved by Nataša Marković, the volleyball strategist of Rudara and the coach of the junior national team of our country.
The recognition for the best sports worker in Pljevlja in 2012 went to the general secretary of FK Rudar and member of the IO FSCG, Muhamed Gerina.
Prizes will be awarded to the winners later.
