The auction of the collection "99 Montenegrin artists - alone with everyone for everyone", which was formed on the initiative of the artist Velj Stanišić, by exchanging his works with the works of his colleagues, will be held on Friday, October 5 at 13 p.m. in the Perjanic House.
"Velj Stanišić's exhibition entitled 'The Power of Multiplication/The Rosary', organized by the Center for Contemporary Art of Montenegro, opened last Friday in an interesting way. Numerous Montenegrin artists, more precisely 99 of them, responded to Stanišić's invitation and on the day of the opening, they exchanged all their works with the artist's.
Stanišić decided to offer the collection of '99 Montenegrin artists' at the auction scheduled for Friday, October 99.000, at a starting price of XNUMX euros," said the artistic director of the Center for Contemporary Art, Ljiljana Karadžić, emphasizing that the money from the sale of the collection (sold in its entirety) , be invested in the affirmation and improvement of Montenegrin culture.
