Due to the tropical heat in Podgorica, the demand for deodorants and sticks has increased.
At Cosmetics in Vasa Raičkovića Street, Snežana Radičević, head of the facility, says that she is very satisfied with the sale of deodorants and sticks.
"Now is the right time for deodorants and sticks. These products cost up to 2 and a half euros, and we have a discount on some, so some can be found at a price of 1,80," Radičević said.
Cosmetics also offers a large selection of perfumes.
"People generally look for lighter versions of perfumes, stronger ones are avoided in the summer. So-called sweet perfumes are current. Perfumes in our store can be found at a price of 38 to 67 euros. Bulgari (55 euros), Versace (44 euros), Beyonce are the most popular. Customers confirm that in summer they pay special attention to deodorants and sticks.
"Since the summer started, I keep buying stronger deodorants, whose effect is longer. As for perfumes, I buy the ones that suit me, I don't follow fashion trends too much," said a fellow citizen whom we found in the store.
