On the occasion of the auto-moto race Glava Zeta-Bogetići, which was held on July 14 and 15, as SGSAMSK points out, in the organization of "NGO Automobile Federation i doo AMSCG and the competition organizer club AMSK Motorsport Magazin from Nikšić, represented by Mr. din Željko Šestović, and NGO Vasilije Bata Mašanović," announced the Montenegrin Association of Auto-Motorcycle Sports Clubs.
We transmit the announcement in its entirety:
"It is our duty to inform you that this race was held even though CGSAMSK is the only officially registered association in our country, while the Auto Moto Association of Montenegro is not registered in the register of sports organizations maintained by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Media, and no one else but our association by law, it is not authorized to organize events of this type without our permission.
Disrespecting the laws of Montenegro, the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Administrative Court of Montenegro, the decisions of the Government of Montenegro, as well as the announcement that the Ministry of Education and Sports published on its website on March 02.03.2012, XNUMX, signed by the director of the Directorate for Youth and sport Mr. Aleksandar Tičić and in which the following is written:
We quote: Due to the frequent interest of people who participate in or follow activities in auto-moto and karting sports in Montenegro, we inform the public that the Montenegrin Association of Auto-moto Sports Clubs from Podgorica is an officially registered association, based on the Decision of the Youth and Sports Administration No. 06- 1824/2, dated June 28.06.2007, 93, and entered in the Register of Sports Organizations, Book No. IV under serial number 07/XNUMX.
As according to the Law on Sports ("Sl. Montenegro" no. 36/11), only one national association can be registered in one branch of sport, only the Montenegrin Association of Auto-moto Sports Clubs-Podgorica can represent auto-moto and karting sports in the country and abroad.
It follows from this that clubs and competitors in this sport, in the future, can exercise their rights only with the consent and confirmation of the Montenegrin Association of Auto Moto Sports Clubs, and in accordance with the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro 36/11"), the Statute and the regulations that prescribe Montenegrin association of auto-moto sports clubs. The Directorate for Youth and Sports informed the international organization of auto-moto sports, FIA, about this.
Although we informed the Secretariat for Communal Affairs, the Municipality of Nikšić, and the Police Department of PJ Nikšić that the organizers of the above-mentioned manifestation do not have the consent of the national association for organizing a mountain car race, they nevertheless gave them consent to prohibit traffic and provide assistance on the day of the manifestation, which caused direct damage to the Montenegrin Association of Auto Moto Sports Clubs.
The managers of the branch for combating economic crime, PJ Nikšić, the Basic State Prosecutor, as well as the manager of the Nikšić regional unit, Mr. Dragan Blagojević, were informed about all this, because several crimes were committed, from misleading the domestic and international public, to the collection of licenses, entry fees, and court fees. and collecting income from following the Montenegrin Association of Auto Moto Sports Clubs, all for the purpose of obtaining illegal benefits, to the detriment of us, the competitors and clubs that participate in the work of the Association, while not respecting the laws of Montenegro, state authorities and the Government of Montenegro.
Against these organizations and individuals, criminal charges were filed with the Basic State Prosecutor and the police administration of the PJ Nikšić branch for the suppression of economic crime.
We do not know how long lawlessness, crime, bribery and corruption will be tolerated in this attractive sport.
That's why we ask all state authorities to act in accordance with the Law on Sports and to punish those responsible and prohibit their further actions", the statement, signed by the president of CGSAMSK, Dragan Velimirović, states.
