The Podgorica Basic Court will have to search for the president of "Atlas Group" Duško Knežević, who was proposed as a witness in the lawsuit filed by three former presenters of the canceled show "Glamour Noir", in Cyprus.
In April of last year, Olivera Čolović, Jelena Filipović and Milica Marković filed a lawsuit, demanding compensation of 75.000 euros from their former employer, due to evasion of obligations from the employment relationship, as well as mobbing and discrimination in the workplace.
Knežević's attorney, lawyer Zoran Piperović, told the court yesterday his address in Cyprus, stating that they will not find him here, because he does not have a residence in Montenegro.
Lawyer Vladan Bojić, attorney for the plaintiffs, suggested that in the meantime, an expert opinion from the economic and financial profession be conducted, which Judge Miodrag Pešić accepted.
The trial continues on September 21.
