The Milicković family demanded over 300.000 euros in compensation for material and non-material damages, due to illegal expropriation, illegal deprivation of liberty, violation of personal rights, mental pain and fear suffered, and health problems that followed the disputed confiscation of their land in May last year. They are asking the capital city to pay almost 250.000 euros, due to the illegal confiscation of 775 square meters of land, the demolition of the fence, the destruction of the fruit trees and the removal of the goods warehouse. The owner of the property on the route of the mini-bypass, Vasilije Miličković, is also asking the Municipality, the Agency, the state and the police to pay him 25.000 euros in the name of mental pain, while his daughters Ivona and Tamara, wife Marijana and uncle Momir are asking for 10.000 euros each.

In the responses to the lawsuit, the police, the state and the agency shift the ball to the Capital City, stating that they cannot be sued in that proceeding, while representatives of the Capital City suggest that the lawsuit be dismissed as impermissible or rejected as unfounded.
