The fired RTCG worker Radomir Pajović said in the Basic Court that it was a "blatant lie" that he recorded a conversation with the President of the Council of that television, Dušan Simonović, and later published a part of that conversation on "Youtube".
He said that he suspected that it was Simonović who recorded that meeting and abused him and Mirjana Popović, a member of the New Union and television, in order to express his views to the public.
Simonović sued Popović and Pajović for unauthorized wiretapping and recording of conversations in the premises of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee last year, as well as for publishing parts of that conversation.
In that conversation, among other things, Simonović characterized the then general director of the public service Branko Vojičić as a "classic fool", director of general affairs Miodrag Vučinić as "the biggest gangster", and television director Radojka Rutović as a person who does not have the capacity for the job she performs.
Pajović said that Popović informed him that day that Simonović had called them to a meeting at COK, under the pretext that they could not have a meeting at the premises of RTCG, because Vojicić had "hired someone to record and monitor him".
