Bar police arrested S.Č. (28) and AM (23) from the East of Kosovo, due to the suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of document forgery.
The Police Directorate announced that during the control of passengers at the entrance to the ferry from Bar to Bari, two people handed over Slovenian travel documents that the police suspected were forged.
"By checking the documents, it was established that they were indeed forgeries, after which those persons gave the police officers the original documents issued by the competent Kosovo authorities," said the police.
As stated, S.Č. and AM were taken to the Bar Regional Unit for the purpose of taking statements and processing the criminal report to the Basic State Prosecutor.
