Telecommunications expert Predrag Boljević established that the phone of Ivan Đonović, "football friend" of Ivan Bušković, accused of violent behavior against "Vijesti" journalist Olivera Lakić, was used on Bulevar Svetog Petar Cetinjski, near the place of the attack on the journalist.
Bušković is accused of physically attacking Lakić in front of her building on March 7, around 21.30:XNUMX p.m., on Bulevar Svetog Petar Cetinjski, for no reason, while she was unlocking the front door on her way home from work.
Bušković, according to Boljević's findings, had no registered calls from his phone number from 21 to 22 p.m. on March 7, while his friend's phone, at 21.37:XNUMX p.m., was moving along Bulevar Kralja Nikola at the intersection with Bulevar Svetog Petar Cetinjski.
"At 21.40:21.41 and 21.42:21.56 p.m., his movement along the Boulevard of St. Peter Cetinjski is registered, at 21.58:21.59 p.m. at the intersection of the Boulevard of St. Peter Cetinjski and Boulevard George Washington. At XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., his presence is registered in Vojislavljević, Princess Ksenija and Janko Đonović, at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. hours of presence in the slats on Zabjelo," said Boljević, among other things.
When asked by prosecutor Miloš Šoškić whether Bušković had an outgoing call around 20.30:XNUMX p.m., as he stated in his defense, the expert said that there was no outgoing call, but an incoming call from that number fifteen minutes later.

Bušković's defense lawyer, Darko Hajduković, suggested that Drago Šuškavčević, the guy whose name was scheduled on the soccer field in Zelenica, should also be heard, to say whether Bušković was at the match on the night in question, and the guys who stood in line to be identified with Bušković , in order to assess whether it was legal.
He also requested that the Danilovgrad Forensic Center obtain a DNA analysis of the defendant's profile, in order to determine whether biological traces of the victim are found on the defendant's wardrobe.
Šoškić objected to further hearings, stating that this would unnecessarily prolong the proceedings, and he, like Lakić, claimed that the DNA analysis did not exist, because it was not done at all.
