The Podgorica police filed a criminal complaint against EB (22) due to the well-founded suspicion that he committed the extended criminal offense of aggravated theft. The criminal report also includes the minor SK (15) from Podgorica.
Acting on a report dated May 22, 2012, in which it is stated that an unknown person or several of them broke into the restaurant "Đurđevina" in Svetozara Markovića Street and stole money and things from it, the police soon identified EB and SK who, as suspicion, in the night between May 21 and 22, using a convenient means, they broke the window above the entrance door, entered the building and took 20 euros, a flash drive and an Internet modem from the bar.
In Podgorica, the robbery from the premises of the Eurofund on Bulevar Svetog Petar Cetinjski, for which EB and SK are also suspected, from where they stole a laptop, case and computer monitor, was also brought to light.
It is suspected that EB and SK previously robbed the "Mesoprometa" store in Moskovska street on the night between April 27 and 28 and took 300 euros from the cash register.
In April 2012, as is suspected, in the same part of the city - on Revolucije Boulevard, SK broke into the premises of the Ministry of Transport and took two computers, and also robbed the "Atea" agency in the same building, from which he also took two computers.
About theft, and the competent state prosecutor's office was notified.
According to the press release, the police handed over EB to the deputy primary state prosecutor, and the minor SK was questioned by the police inspector for the suppression of juvenile delinquency, in the presence of the defense attorney and workers of the Center for Social Work in Podgorica.
