Fines for operating a vessel without a certificate of competence

On May 9, the Border Maritime Police of Bar, in cooperation with the navigation safety inspectors of the Port Authority of Bar, carried out control of vessels in the water area from Valdanos to Mala Plaža in Ulcinj, and found six vessels in violation of maritime law.

Fines were imposed on Ž.Đ for the committed maritime offense. (32), AP (45), EV (37), AM (42) and AR (42), all from Ulcinj.

As announced by the Police Administration, those persons were found to be operating a vessel without a certificate of qualification as a boat operator.

A fine was also imposed on MK (45), from Ulcinj, for the committed maritime offense – operating a vessel for which the validity of the navigation license has expired.
