Course of trial:
13:15 The trial continues on May 24 at nine o'clock.
12:40 When asked what are the "new actions" in Montenegro, which he mentions in the messages, Milić answers that they are "tribunes, promotions and testimonies of authentic participants in the war".
12:17 Messages from the phone of the accused Branka Milić are being analyzed. After her messages with Duke Kekić were read, Milić replied:
"This is a brazen invasion of private law. Mr. Kekić is my friend and I don't see any reason why I can't communicate with him or any friend."
12:15 Srboljub Đorđević said that he did not know when the photos from his phone were taken. Some have him and some don't.
12:06 A message sent to Miloš Aćimić by his wife was shown in which she criticizes him for leaving "because of the Chetniks".
11:58 Maksić says that he does not know who sent him the message to contact Vojvoda Kekić immediately, and the phone says that the message is from Branka Ctnik. He states that then it is probably Branka Milić. Maksić said that he did not know from anyone that the second message mentioned a monastery and mentioned going to Montenegro, and that he was probably at home on the evening of October 14 when the message arrived. At the prosecutor's remark, Maksić remembered that he was then on the train on the way to Montenegro.
11:30 Maksić says that there is no way that he was at Ravna Gora in 2016, because he was last there in 2013.
11:20 Maksić confirmed that he is in the photo with Čaruga and that he does not know the third man. He says that the shirt, pants and vest are from Charugina and that he gave them to him to take a picture.
11:12 A photo of Milo Đukanović found in Ivica Matić's phone was shown.
11:10 Maksić subsequently recognized himself in the first photo and says that he is wearing a vest and shirt and that for him it is a costume.
11:06 In the next photo, Maksić recognized Paja (Mirko Velimirović). The defendants could not recognize the other person, and prosecutor Čađenović claims that it is Ivica Matić.
11:05 In the second photo, Maksić also recognized Duke Čaruga, i.e. Milan Pavasović.
11:02 When asked by the prosecutor, Dragan Maksić said that he recognized Duke Čaruga, that he was the second one from the left, and that it seemed to him that Aleksandar Aleksić was also there holding the flag.
10:46 Aleksandar Aleksić's messages were read, and now Ivica Matić's messages are being read.
10:33 The messages from Kristina Hristić's phone are read. She said that she was not familiar with who sent that message because the phone was with Bratislava Dikić and that she only knew that it was in the evening and the night when they were arrested.
10:28 Dikić says that it seems to him that Jovanović was a man with serious health problems and that he is not sure if he is alive, and that he seems to have held some position in America.
10:15 The messages sent by Vuk Jovanović to Dikić are read, in which he calls Vučić a spy and a traitor and that he should be dismissed. At first, Dikić does not answer the messages, but then he says that the time will come when the people will pay the traitors and that history always repeats itself. When asked by the judge to explain why this is important, Katnić said that it shows that what was planned in Montenegro and according to the then Prime Minister Đukanović, the same group planned to do in Serbia.
10:00 Milivoje Katnić said that he is not defending Aleksandar Vučić, but saving him. He added that the same scenario that was planned for Montenegro was planned later for Serbia.
9:55 Special state prosecutor Milivoje Katnić asked Dikić what he meant when he said that Arabs are not needed, but that there are enough people from the diaspora. He said that he was referring to Arab investments in Vojvodina.
9:45 Prosecutor Čađenović asked Dikić if he could remember who Ivan Milbridge was. He says that he cannot remember exactly, but that it is obviously someone from abroad and that Milbridge did not mention the protests in Montenegro, but he did, and that he was talking about Kosovo.
He says that he cannot remember the message in which he mentions the carom and points out that there are empty messages that cannot be sent via Facebook.
Dikić states that Milbridge is talking about "carambola in your country", so that must probably refer to Serbia. He claims that the messages were deleted and the conversation was constructed.
9:40 The exchange of messages between Dikić and a person named "Ivan Milbridge" is read. In the message, Milbridge says that he received an indication that there could be a carom between October 10 and 15 "in our country", and Dikić replies that there could be a carom in Montenegro on October 16 and that there will be big protests.
Milbridge states that he was referring to the influx of migrants and a potential incident in the south, and then states in the context of the presidential race in America at the time (Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump) that "it suits them to kick up dust in Montenegro".
9:26 The Facebook messages that Dikić exchanged with Dejan Smigić are read. Smigić asks him when he will go to battle, and Dikić answers that he goes to battle when Serbia is defending itself, and that now we are going to the elections. Dikić comments in court that it is not fair to the people he communicated with to say that.
He says that he cannot remember these messages because, as he states, he received thousands of messages.
9:25 In one of the messages, Dikić tells Vučić about the course of treatment. He says that it is not clear to him what these messages mean in this procedure and that this is normal communication.
9:18 In the messages, Dikić supports Vučić and says that he is ready to help and work. He explains that he was offered to work in Macedonia before his retirement.
9:14 The message that Dikić sent at the end of June to the number entered in the directory as "Vučić new number" is read. Dikić says that the message has nothing to do with the procedure. In the message, he asks to be sent to work in Russia or Republika Srpska, because he was supposed to work in Slovenia.
9:10 The message that Bratislav Dikić sent to Serbian Police Minister Nebojša Stefanović in June 2016 when he was invited to the Police Day was read. In it, he offers help to Stefanović, which Dikić explains by saying that he has dealt with complex operations and that he is always willing to help with his experience, if his health is good.
The trial for the "coup d'état" continued.
Russian citizens Eduard Šišmakov and Vladimir Popov, who are being tried in absentia, as well as Serbian citizens Nemanja Ristić and Predrag Bogićević, are charged before the panel of judge Suzana Mugoša for the criminal offense of attempted terrorism on the day of the parliamentary elections.
Bratislav Dikić, Democratic Front leaders Milan Knežević and Andrija Mandić and Mandić's driver Mihailo Čađenović are on the dock.
The indictment includes Serbian citizens Kristina Hristić and Branka Milić, who are defending themselves from freedom, as well as their compatriots - Srboljub Đorđević, Dragan Maksić, Milan Dušić who are in custody.
The proceedings were split against DF translator Anani Nikić.
