He points out that it is impossible for the BIA not to know where the person he is following lives, and that the fact that Sinđelić is on an Interpol warrant is deliberately kept silent and that Wiesbaden is not mentioned, that is, the mention of arms smuggling.
"The judges who made the orders were tricked, misled and deprived of the right information," Jovanović points out. He is completely convinced that the initial act was not signed by the then director of the BIA, and that the current director Bratislav Gašić is also mistaken when he thinks that there are no other documents.
"According to what we saw on 20.10/16, Sinđelić is certainly under the control of the BIA. Given that the measures contained probably 17-XNUMX phone numbers and only three or four were monitored, the question arises, what about the other numbers? I point out that the secret measure was added supervision of filming and the footage is nowhere to be found. I would say that there are no photographs that support what the BIA compiled and wrote," said Jovanović and added that there was no Mirko Velimirović at the measurements at all.
Jovanović believes that this is a big abuse of the security services. He indicated that there is not a single photograph that accompanies the BIA report.
10:15 Lawyer Radosavljević said that the manner in which the measures were obtained is not disputed, but the criminal offense for which they were issued.
"What is disputed is that the exact address of the witness was not stated, it was stated that the orders were issued due to the criminal offense of inciting racial, national and religious hatred and intolerance. Several right-wing organizations, phone numbers are listed. After that we have the order of 19.10. which I consider to be particularly important because, as we learned from the witness, that is the date of his surrender to the BIA. Phones of the Russian Federation are added. Also on 20 and 21, the orders are extended with other phone numbers that are in the lists and that have nothing to do with this, and only on the 10th are the surveillance measures stopped. It is very specific that measures are issued for one criminal offense and then the Special Prosecutor's Office takes over them for a completely different criminal offense and accepts those measures by submitting them to the state authorities in Montenegro,'' said Radosavljević.

Russian citizens Eduard Šišmakov and Vladimir Popov, who are being tried in absentia, as well as Serbian citizens Nemanja Ristić and Predrag Bogićević, are responsible for the criminal offense before the judge's panel.
Bratislav Dikić, Democratic Front leaders Milan Knežević and Andrija Mandić and Mandić's driver Mihailo Čađenović are on the dock.
The indictment includes Serbian citizens Kristina Hristić and Branka Milić, who are defending themselves from freedom, as well as their compatriots - Srboljub Đorđević, Dragan Maksić, Milan Dušić who are in custody.
