A healthy lifestyle for our famous boxer Predrag Radošević is the path to health, vitality and satisfaction: physical activity, proper nutrition, weight control, stress control...
He says that the balance of mental and physical condition is especially important to him.
He says he lives a healthy life: he doesn't drink alcohol, he doesn't smoke, and he regularly goes to the doctor for check-ups.
He maintains a healthy spirit and says that he often "sorts out" his thoughts, by meditating or listening to some spiritual music. “I like listening to instrumentals. I like to go to one of the monasteries, light a candle, indulge in thoughts and prayers, talk to the priest. I like to read spiritual literature", says Radošević, talking about how he nurtures a healthy spirit.

"I try to channel stressful situations, I overcome them mentally, although my best antidote to stress is good training," says Radošević.
He believes that here people do not attach great importance to physical activity.
"There are always endless excuses and delays. People need to become aware that physical activity is preventive for health and long life", says Predrag.
He trains regularly, six days a week, two training sessions a day.
"There are transitional periods after matches when I have a little more rest, although I am mostly in a constant training process," he says.
In addition to boxing, whenever he gets the chance, he goes bowling and horseback riding.
"I love horses, I ride them, clean and groom them, it somehow calms and relaxes me," says Radošević.

"We need to change our lifestyle. Change bad habits and practice moderate but regular physical activity. First of all, physical activity lasting 40 to 60 minutes and only brisk walking is important, because fats are best burned with this load", advises the well-known boxer.
During that training, you can lose from 250 kcal to 360 kcal, that is, 29 g - 40 g of fat.
"If we reduce the current calorie intake by 400 - 500 kcal, we managed to lose an additional 45 - 56 g. This means that every day we could lose some 74 g - 96 gx 5 days a week and 4 weeks. A total of 1g - 500g for a month. In just half a year, we could eliminate 1-900 irreversible kilograms, without starvation, without major efforts and without risking the body," says Predrag.
Strength of character brought him back to the ring
"I beat myself after a serious injury to my right hand sustained in a match that I boxed to the end and won with a broken arm. After that, there were two operations and a long break, after which it was very difficult to return to the ring, it was difficult to continue a normal life. I was afraid for my health, my career was in question, there was a danger of permanent disability. Then I found myself at a crossroads, I couldn't prioritize, but I decided to try and start training again. Only a strong character helped me to come back and continue boxing. Later, it resulted in successes and victories," says Radošević.
