Every fifth man never uses deodorant

According to a new study conducted in England, the next time an unpleasant smell starts circulating in the room you're in, there's a good chance it's being spread by a man.

The research showed that despite the increased sales of cosmetics for the stronger sex, one in five men admits that they never use deodorant.

The same applies to hair washing. One in five never washes it with shampoo, while three in ten never use liquid soaps for showering.

The primary motive for beautifying men is not to please women, but to make them feel good

The research was conducted on a sample of 1.000 men, and the good news is that the majority still take care of hygiene.

However, the primary motive for beautification is not the desire to please women. They do it to feel good and to have more confidence.

So, the research results:

• 79 percent of men use shampoo, the same percentage puts on deodorant
• 71 percent shower with liquid soap
• 62 percent use lotion after shaving
• 54 percent prefer to use regular soap rather than liquid soap
• 17 percent never use a cream with a protective factor when sunbathing.
