Milenko Krsmanović (54) from Sokolac was sentenced to one month's detention on suspicion of participated in the shooting on August 10 in front of the "Čeljigovići" tunnel, on the road Sarajevo - Pale, in which one person was wounded.
The Audi A8 (BP AS 551) carrying Nazir Heldić and Erdnard Trubljanin and the Skoda Octavia carrying Nazir's brother Saladin and Goran Ćetković, all from Bijelo Polje, were hit in the shooting in East Sarajevo.
Peđa Spaić from Pale and the brothers Admir and Dino Kadrić are also suspected of participating in that confrontation, but they are on the run and a warrant has been issued for them.
As reported by "Nezavisne novine", according to the information of the MUP of Republika Srpska, Spaić is hiding in Montenegro, and the Kadrić brothers are in Sarajevo Canton.
It is suspected that they were in the town of Lapišnica on August 10 at 23.45:XNUMX p.m, in the immediate vicinity of the "Čeljigovići" tunnel, with "Golf A6" and "Citroen Xara" cars, with the intention of "intentionally depriving them of their lives", blocked the road and opened fire with firearms on Saladin Heldić and Goran Ćetković, who were in "harms Octavia" (BP AR 559) and Nazir Heldić about Erdnard Trubljanin who were in the "Audi A8" (BP AS 551).
Nazir Heldić suffered minor injuries in the shooting.
