Bar border police officers, in cooperation with Republic Labor Inspection officers, carried out an action to control foreign citizens in catering facilities in Bar and Sutomore, where they found 32 foreign nationals who were illegally staying on the territory of Montenegro.
In the restaurant "Lloyd", three Serbian citizens - SM (27) and ZPJ (33) from Leskovac and P.Ć were found working without a work permit. (23) from Kruševac.
Serbian citizens DS (38), SS (44) and ZBJ (28), all from Leskovac, were found working in the restaurant "Grill Plaža" without an approved temporary residence permit.
SF (56) from Zaječar, MM (25) from Smederevska Palanka and NS (34) from Vrdnik were found to be working in the cafe grill "Pristan" without an approved temporary residence permit.
In the "Cuba Libre" beach bar, IN (30) from Novi Sad was found without a place of residence, and in the "Slama" facility, DN (19) from Prokuplje was found working as a catering worker.
The police administration filed misdemeanor charges against them and they were fined 165 euros each.
The Republic Inspection for Work against the owners of catering facilities will file misdemeanor charges.
