Predrag Bulatović, a member of the Presidency of the Democratic Front (DF), called on Chief Special Prosecutor Milivoj Katnić and Minister of Justice and Deputy Prime Minister Zoran Pažin to face personal responsibility for the bad situation in the country at a public session of the Security Committee.
Bulatović said that the DF requested a public session of the Security Committee a few days ago, where those most functionally responsible in the state would submit information about their inaction, which is why terrorism and the mafia are on the verge of defeating the state.
"On our initiative, we have silence, starting with the President of the Assembly, Ivan Brajović and others. "We are witnessing that instead of a public discussion, we have public spin and an attempt to calm the justified dissatisfaction of concerned citizens with an aggressive campaign by government representatives and the absence of any sense of responsibility on their part," said Bulatović in a statement.
In addition, he points out, there are individual efforts to hide responsibility.
"In particular, Katnić stands out here, for whom we know for sure that at the session of the Security Council he was designated as the most responsible for his inaction and qualified as a political model. "Today, in the media that he personally controls, he ordered that his statement from the press from April 3, in which his practice of plea agreements was criticized," said Bulatović.
Pažin said last night that he expects Serbia to arrest and extradite Svetozar and Miloš Marović.
Bulatović stated that Pažin, "the main coordinator of the DF persecution", deals with statements from Serbia.
"Although he is personally responsible for the fact that individuals fled to Serbia, such as Svetozar Marović, who neither Montenegro nor Serbia want to arrest and detain. And his statement is hypocritical and arrogant, because we are aware that he was zealous in accomplishing the task of convicting Milan Knežević and sending the innocent to prison," concluded Bulatović.
