Screenwriter Stuart Beattie will direct the contemporary version of the story of Frankenstein's monster.
Stuart Beattie will write the screenplay for the film "I, Frankenstein" which will be based on the comic book by Kevin Grevieu.
The film is the story of a monster that stands in the middle of a battle between the human race and supernatural beings who plan to conquer the world.
Stuart Beattie made his debut as a director last year with the film "Tomorrow, When the War Began". As a screenwriter, he worked on the films "Ji Jo: Rise of the Cobra" and "Collateral" and the series "Pirates of the Caribbean".
