The biography of the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, who shocked the world public with the publication of secret cables of the US State Department, and which will soon appear in print, will most likely serve as the basis for the film.
Australian reporter Andrew Fowler's book "The Most Dangerous Man in the World", as planned, will serve as the basis for the film, in the filming of which the companies "Josephson Entertainment" and "Michael Krum Productions" will participate, the AP agency reported.
WikiLeaks founder Assange (39) was arrested last month for allegedly raping and sexually harassing two women he met on a trip to Sweden last summer.
He has been released from prison on bail and is under house arrest at the mansion of one of his supporters in eastern England.
Assange has not yet been charged in Sweden, and his extradition has been requested for questioning.
