Goran Pejović - Gula, the leader of the "Katapult" group, filed a complaint with the police against the director of the Institute for Intellectual Property (ZIS) Novak Ađžić because he allegedly insulted, cursed and yelled at him for more than two hours.
It all started when the president of the Association of Composers of Montenegro, Zlatko Baban, on January 10 of this year, submitted a letter to the ZIS archive, in which the association, as they announced yesterday, requested copies of the documents that the ZIS brought during the surveillance, based on the Law on Free Access to Information. over the Organization for the Protection of the Rights of Music Authors (PAM).
In the statement, signed by the president of the Board of Directors of the UKCG, Mirjana Živković, it is added that on the same day, Adžić "exhausted Slobodan Kovačević for over three hours in the late hours of the night."
Immediately after that, according to the statement of the Association of Composers, Adžić called Goran Pejović and shouted, insulted and cursed him for over two hours, after which Pejović, a member of the Association of Composers, reported him to the police.
In the statement, signed by the president of the Board of Directors of the UKCG, Mirjana Živković, it is added that on the same day, Adžić "exhausted Slobodan Kovačević, a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Composers, for over three hours late at night."
"Adžić harassed him because he is one of the 25 signatories of the criminal complaint that the Association filed against him at the end of last year. What is it that upset Adžić with that letter, what are his business relations with PAM and what actions regarding that organization he did not carry out according to the law and had to, these are the questions that Adžić will have to answer to the competent institutions of the state". it is stated in the announcement.
These are all denunciations...
Adžić denied the claims of the Association of Composers for "Vijesti" last night.
"I have no comment on those slanders and denunciations. I do my job conscientiously and responsibly and everything I do is available to the public according to the Law on Free Access to Information. I don't even know those people personally," he told "Vijesta".
When asked whether he insulted and cursed Pejović and whether the police interrogated him because of the report he filed against him, Adžić answered in the negative.
"I was absolutely not in the police," said Adžić and objected to "Vijesti" for asking him about, as he said, "anonymous and unknown personalities."
"Mr. Pejović agreed to file a private unfounded criminal complaint against me. I had a telephone conversation with Pejović and nothing more," said Adžić.
He said that "I have absolutely no official or private contact with them."
Who is this Gula?
"You are asking me questions about a certain Goran Pejović!? I have never threatened anyone in my life, I only know that Mr. Gula Pejović, whom I happen to know from Bar, asked me several times to intervene, to help him, and I helped him in several situations for humane, social, charitable reasons.
In my life, I have had absolutely no communication with that man, except that he intercepted me to talk about some of their business, which I really have nothing to do with," said Adžić.
I just wonder what would have happened if I had done to him what he did to me, Pejović asked
Goran Pejović said that Adžić "very upset" him and that because of his curses and threats "he could not come to his senses for three days".
“What could I have done? Should I fight him and end up in jail? I just wonder what would have happened if I had done to him what he did to me," Pejović asked.
In the Regional Police Unit in Bar, it was confirmed to "Vijesti" last night that Adžić was interrogated by the police based on Pejović's report.
It's not for the newspaper
Pejović said that what Adžić was saying was not true and that the police responded to his report.
"He will not admit it because he is ashamed. He is a doctor of science, a member of the Academy, so I guess he is ashamed of his actions. He directed such insults at me that I cannot repeat them because they are not for the newspaper. In addition, he cursed me and the signatories of the criminal complaint against him. Those were terrible curses, such as "God forbid we spend money on medicine and return it to our offspring," said Pejović.
