Master workshops for students of lower and secondary music schools, as well as for students from the Music Academy, were held from March 23 to 25, at the art school for music and ballet "Vasa Pavić". In addition, a seminar was organized for teachers and professors, also at the "Vasa Pavić" music school, on March 26 and 27.

The lecturer at the seminar will be professor Miljan Bjeletić, and Predrag Janković is the project coordinator. The seminar is accredited by the Institute of Education.

Master workshops are organized by the music school "Vasa Pavić", in cooperation with the NGO "Harmonika Montenegrina".

Miljan Bjeletić was born in 1973. He studied at the music conservatory "PIČajkovski" in Kyiv, in the class of prof. Dr. NADavidova, where he obtained his master's degree in 1998. With his pupils and students, he won more than 250 awards at the most prestigious competitions in the country and abroad, and was also a lecturer at seminars in several European countries. He himself is the winner of many awards and recognitions.

He is a member of the Artistic Council of the World Association of Accordionists "World Trophy" since 2012 and a member of the music committee of the International Confederation of Accordionists "World Cup" since 2014. The international confederation of accordionists "World Cup" awarded him the award "For outstanding merit" in Canada in 2013.
