The police have identified four people who had previously fought near the "Kamelija" shopping center and filed criminal charges against them.
"Officials of OB Kotor filed misdemeanor charges against minors SR (16), LN (17), AV (17) and adult ZV (18) on March 16, due to physical attack on minors PV (17) and Ć.P ( 17), and to the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva - Division in Kotor, submitted a Request for the initiation of misdemeanor proceedings, due to the committed offenses under the Law on Public Order and Peace of Montenegro," the Police Administration announced.
It is added that on March 13, around 17.40:XNUMX p.m., an anonymous report was made to the on-call service of the Kotor Security Department that several people physically clashed in the immediate vicinity of the Kamelija TC.
"Upon learning about the mentioned event, the officers of OB Kotor went to the scene, where they did not find a single person, while they found one metal boxer at the scene, where there was a violation of public order and peace," the announcement states.
After identifying the participants in the fight, statements were taken from all of them, and the state prosecutor for juveniles at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor was informed about the incident, who stated that there were no elements of a criminal offense in this incident.
