Branislav Kitanović from Podgorica said that Goran Milašinović was not the person to whom he and Miloš Ceković rented an apartment in the spring of last year in Podgorica. He said this yesterday in the High Court, in which Belgraders Milan Brkić (18) and Filip Marjanović (19) are on trial for the robbery of Prva banka in Berane alongside Milašinović and Ceković. The questioning of Kitanović was proposed by Milašinović's defense, which argued that the Prosecution's assumptions that Ceković was in the apartment with Milašinović, but that it was Goran Mihailović, were not correct.
"Miloš rented an apartment and said that he was going to live with a girl, and that his friend Goran from Belgrade, who works with a slave, would also stay there from time to time," said Kitanović, who pointed out that Milašinović only matched the young man in terms of height. whom he met as 'tenant Goran'.
Lawyer Kasim Dizdarević presented to the court the evidence of expert examination of telephone numbers, which Kitanović submitted to the Prosecutor's Office from his directory, and which were found to be registered in the name of Goran Mihailović. Brkić and Marjanović claimed that they had no helpers in the bank robbery and that Ceković and Milašinović did not participate in any way. They claimed that Ceković was only a taxi driver.
