The revue "The Musical - Film Rhapsody V" organized by KIC "Budo Tomović" as part of the film program starts today and lasts until January 25.
All screenings will be shown at 20:XNUMX in the "Dodest" hall, and admission is free.
"The revue will include the screening of several of the most famous classics of this film genre," the organizers announced.
The revue opens tonight with the musical "Viktor, Victoria" from 1982, directed by Blake Edwards. It is a story about the opera singer Victoria Grant who performs as a man.
On tomorrow's program is the musical "Yentl" from 1983, directed by Barbra Streisand, in which a young girl, despite legal prohibitions, enrolls in a Jewish religious school by disguising herself as a man.
Jacques Demi's famous French musical "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg" from 1964 will be shown on Wednesday. The roles of unhappily in love are played by Katrin Deneuve and Nino Castelnovo.
The review will close the biographical story "Sweet Dreams" from 1985, directed by Karel Reis. The musical is about the life of country singer Patsy Cline.
