The Budva police filed a criminal complaint against the Budvanin NV employee of the city's water supply company who beat up his FB colleague the day before yesterday.
The investigation will determine how the fight happened and who injured whom and in what way.
The fight of Vodovod workers took place in front of the offices, after they had previously had a disagreement in the company's office building.
The "News" was told that NV, the head of the debt collector in that municipal company, repeatedly hit FB, causing him serious physical injuries.
The two were separated by colleagues, and the case was reported to the police. The inspectors took statements from the actors and witnesses of the fight, after which a criminal complaint was filed against NV for violent behavior.
BudvaniN N. V, said that he did not beat FB, but that the serious bodily injury was caused in self-defense.
"He started to hit me with his head and hit me in the head, when his tooth was broken. I also have injuries on my head," he said.
NV also said that FB provoked him for days, he did not respect his work obligations, he was late for work.
"He wanted to provoke me into punishing him, I didn't want that. That day he shouted at me in the office, I said to go outside the office building. We met in the parking lot, where he attacked me," he said.
According to him, the case is being resolved in the regular procedure, he is convinced that the competent institutions will determine the real truth
