Do you have time to go to the gym every time you want to work out?
Most of you will probably say "no", because due to our fast lifestyle and jobs that take up a relatively large part of our day, we don't have time to rest, let alone go to training. However, you don't have to give up exercise because there are alternatives that can replace an hour in the gym without even leaving your home.
We found a great mini-workout that, in addition to consisting of a series of simple and well-known exercises, can be done at home or anywhere else and can replace a strenuous hour-long workout in the gym. Also, this is not about the number of repetitions, but about the time for which you will do one exercise.
What exercises should you do and how much?
– Squats: 60 seconds
- Push-ups: 30 seconds
– Mountaineer (endurance): 30 seconds
– Alternate lunges: 60 seconds
– Jumps/jumpink jacks: 45 seconds
Do as many repetitions as possible in the given time and do not take breaks between exercises. If you want to extend the training, do another series with a one-minute break, reports B92.
